Processing time is 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping is $3.80 USPS First Class, $9 USPS Priority, or $23.50 USPS Express.
USA orders of $35 or more qualify for free first class shipping.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping fees.
To submit a return, exchange, and/or replacement, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return your items. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned and exchanged items must be returned unaltered from the condition they were sent.
We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality standards with our jewelry and our fulfillment process. If we ship you an items in error or one that does not meet our high standards, we will happily take care of any issues or concerns you may have. Please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. For a defective item, we are happy to either refund you (less shipping costs), replace the defective product, or offer you store credit to use towards a future purchase. For a missing item or wrong item, we will send you the missing/correct product as quickly as possible.
